LiTime App

LiTime is the official companion app for LiTime customers. It allows you to access your LiTime account, manage compatible LiTime battery products, explore product guides, register warranties, and enjoy a connected experience across the LiTime app and website.

What You Can Do with the LiTime App

  • Account Access: Create an account and sign in to your LiTime account.
  • Battery Management: View and manage compatible LiTime battery devices linked to your account, including their device status.
  • Product Resources: Access product information, installation instructions, and tutorials.
  • Warranty Registration: Register your products and view warranty information.
  • Messages & Feedback: Receive account-related messages and submit feedback.
  • Membership & Store Services: Use the same account to access membership points and supported store services on the LiTime website.

One Account for the App and Website

The LiTime app and website share the same account system. With a single LiTime account, you can access supported account, order, and membership services across both platforms.

Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In is an optional and convenient way to access your LiTime account. When you choose "Sign in with Google," LiTime receives and stores certain information associated with your Google account, including your unique Google user identifier, email address, first and last name, nickname, and profile picture. This information is used solely to authenticate your sign-in, create or link your LiTime account, display your profile information, and provide order-related and membership services. The Google Sign-In information described above is shared with Shopify to support these services.

Privacy & Account Management

For more information about how Google Sign-In data is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted, please review our Privacy Policy. You can delete your LiTime account through the account management section of the LiTime companion app. Since the app and website share the same account system, deleting your account through the app also deletes the corresponding website sign-in data. Please note that signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your LiTime account.
